By installing and using Trainyard Daily, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please uninstall the app.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to install and use Trainyard Daily on devices you own or control. The puzzles, code, artwork, and audio remain ours.

You may share screenshots, post solutions, stream gameplay, and produce videos — that's all fine and we love it.

Express Pass unlocks unlimited puzzle access, removes ads, enables streak protection, and grants access to train skins and stats. It is available as a one-time lifetime purchase, processed by Google Play via RevenueCat.

Refunds: Refund requests within 48 hours of purchase go through Google Play directly. After 48 hours, contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will refund any reasonable request.

Players without Express Pass see ads served by Google AdMob. These may be personalised based on your device's advertising ID. Purchasing Express Pass removes all advertising from the app permanently for the duration of your subscription or lifetime purchase.

Don't reverse-engineer the app, don't redistribute it, don't try to break our servers. Don't use the support inbox to send abuse — we will block.

Trainyard Daily is provided "as is". We work hard to make it stable, but we can't promise it will never crash, never lose progress, or always be available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

If we make material changes, we'll show an in-app notice 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be settled in the courts of England.
